Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)

- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at kandyintimates024@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
